1994: Registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau, expanding its reach and partnerships with international donors.

Health care

Awareness
Lokokendra, a forum for adolescents established by GBSS, has been instrumental in reducing social discrimination and promoting awareness on critical issues like child marriage, dowry, and women’s rights. One inspiring story is of a young girl from a rural village who joined Lokokendra. Through the forum, she received education on reproductive health, sanitation, and her basic rights.
Leadership
GBSS is dedicated to improving the lives of the poor and marginalized. We focus on women’s empowerment, disability inclusion, and poverty reduction. Through education, health programs, and environmental initiatives, we create opportunities for self-reliance. Our goal is to build empowered, resilient communities.
